Evidence that Kimberly Renee Poole tried to get her case files from her trial attorney, William Diggs, years ago

We believe Diggs was ignoring her requests (legal requests from a previous client) on purpose to protect himself. Ironically, this letter dated May 7, 2012 was found in her case files. Keep in mind that Kimberly did not receive her case files until 2016, and then only after her trial attorney was disbarred and had to send all files he had to previous clients. What was sent was incomplete with over 30% of her case files now missing.
