Kimberly Renee Poole was charged with third party felony murder in the death of her husband while both were on vacation in Myrtle Beach. Held up at gunpoint both were robbed and Brent was shot.

Our Belief

We believe Kimberly Renee Poole was also a victim, merely present at the robbery and subsequent shooting, and had no involvement with the crime that occurred.
